Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FxSpeaker ("we", "us", "our"), operating at fxspeaker.website, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, use our speaker cleaning tools or read our blog. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

FxSpeaker is a free web tool that plays calibrated sound tones through your device's speaker to help clear water and dust. You can learn more on our About page. For questions about this policy, email contact@fxspeaker.website.

Information we do not collect

The tool runs entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name or email to use the tool, and we do not access your microphone, camera, contacts, files or location. The audio tones are generated on your device and are never uploaded or recorded.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and infrastructure may automatically log technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited and the date and time of access. We use this information to keep the site secure, diagnose errors and understand overall traffic.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and improve the site, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functions, performance measurement and advertising. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may work differently if you block them.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We may display ads served by Google AdSense or other advertising partners to keep the tool free, as explained on our pricing page. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You may also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info. Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies and personalized ads.

How we use information

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers such as hosting, analytics and advertising partners who process it on our behalf, and with authorities if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

Server logs and similar technical data are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request information about, and deletion of, personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact contact@fxspeaker.website.

Children's privacy

Our site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable measures to protect the site, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
