Welcome to FxSpeaker. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of fxspeaker.website, including our speaker cleaning tool, frequency generator, balance test and blog. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Description of the service
FxSpeaker provides free browser-based audio tools that play tones through your device to help move water and dust out of speaker grilles, plus educational articles about speaker care. The service is provided at no cost, as stated on our pricing page, and is supported by advertising.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your region. If you are a minor, use the site with a parent or guardian's supervision.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or hack the website or its servers.

5. Safe use of the tools
The tool plays loud, low-frequency tones. Use it at a volume you can tolerate, for short sessions of 10 to 15 seconds, and keep devices away from your ears during testing. Do not run tones continuously for long periods. You are responsible for how you use your devices.
6. Intellectual property
All content, including text, graphics, layout, code and branding, is owned by FxSpeaker or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use. Brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with them.
7. Advertising and third-party content
The site may show ads and links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content, products or services and are not responsible for any dealings you have with them.
8. No warranty
